Often on Friday evenings after vespers we gather around the piano and sing together. Mr. Rasmussen plays the piano. Sometimes students join on their instruments. We sing our favorites from the hymnal – “O When Shall I See Jesus?”, “It is Well With My Soul”, “I’d Rather Have Jesus”- and many others. It isn’t required, and some students head back to the dorm after vespers, but many stay on and sing as long as they can.
If you visit us for vespers some Friday evening, we invite you to hang around for afterglow. Sing with us. Introduce is to your favorite hymn. There is nothing like praising God together on His Sabbath.
