On Tuesday, students in senior Bible class visited four houses of worship in the Milwaukee area as a part of our Worldviews and Religions unit. We visited Holy Hill National Shrine of Mary, Help of Christians, Congregation Shalom, St. Sava Serbian Orthodox Cathedral, and the Islamic Society of Milwaukee. At Holy Hill we took a self-directed tour. At the other locations we were given tours by clergy members who explained features of the worship environment and worship practices as well as answering questions.
