Last Sabbath afternoon was warm and sunny, a perfect day to be out in our community sharing the good news! All of our on-campus students traveled to the nearby communities of Rio and Randolph to take small bags of literature door to door. The bags, which we packed several weeks ago on another Sabbath afternoon, included a small abridged version of Ellen White’s The Great Controversy entitled The Great Hope and an invitation for Bible Studies. By leaving the bags at the doors, students in groups of two or three were able to move quickly through the communities and reach many homes.

Wisconsin Academy is committed to training students to be “Fit to Serve.” Giving students practical service experiences like this is just one of the ways we are working to accomplish that goal.
