Last Tuesday, Juniors in Bible III had the privilege of spending time with elementary students at Petersen Elementary School just down the road.
During a recent unit on the book of Daniel, the Juniors wrote and illustrated children’s books based on its inspiring stories. The final portion of the project was to read their stories to the intended audience. Petersen principal Yolanda Voss and teacher Tiffany Meulemans graciously helped their students form groups and organized rotations so that each WA student had the opportunity to read to several groups of Petersen students during the short time we had available.
