Sunday was gloomy and rainy, a great day for a field trip to a museum and the Wisconsin capitol building. Arriving in Madison, we visited the Wisconsin Veterans Museum, enjoying the engaging displays honoring those who served. We also toured the capitol. Some took a narrated tour of the various chambers and court rooms while others appreciated the breathtaking view from the observation deck and trumpeter’s balcony. We had a lot of fun and learned some things along the way. Enjoy the pictures!
