Step 1: Complete and Submit Application
Applying is easy using our Online Application.
Step 2: Submit Three Recommendations
a. One recommendation from your principal – Download
b. One recommendation from your English teacher – Download
c. One recommendation from your Math or Science teacher – Download
Step 3: Submit A Copy of Your Birth Certificate
Step 4: Submit A Copy of Your SLEP or TOEFL Test Scores
English proficiency can also be demonstrated through a video interview with the principal.
Step 5: Submit A Copy of Your Official Translated Transcript
Records must be sent directly to Wisconsin Academy from your current school in a sealed envelope.
Step 6: Submit Medical Records
Send immunization records and proof of medical insurance.
Step 7: Submit Bank Statement
Send proof of available funds, verifying that the guardian has
a minimum of $25,000 USD
